ESCAZU VILLAGE OFFICE TOWER

Escazu Village Tower is a contemporary landmark along the Jose Maria Castro Madriz Highway, positioned on a prime site in the vibrant suburb of Escazu. This 11-story architectural marvel is clad in a sleek curtain wall glazing system, featuring blue-green tinted glass that not only provides a striking visual appeal but also maximizes natural light and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The design of Escazu Village Tower integrates seamlessly with its urban context, starting with its ground-level retail and restaurant spaces. These commercial areas enliven the streetscape and create a vibrant, engaging environment for both residents and visitors. The base of the tower opens onto a large pedestrian entry plaza on the northern side, serving as a welcoming gateway and a hub of social activity. This plaza is designed to encourage public interaction, providing ample seating and shaded areas that invite people to linger and socialize.

To the southeast of the tower, a lushly landscaped park space offers a green sanctuary amidst the urban setting. This park is meticulously designed with native plants, shaded walkways, seating areas, and a large sculpture, promoting relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The park also serves as a visual and physical connection to the adjacent Escazu Village retail center, creating a cohesive and integrated development.

The tower’s contemporary design and strategic location contribute significantly to the urban fabric of Escazu. Its architectural elegance, combined with thoughtfully designed public spaces, enhances the overall appeal of the district. Escazu Village Tower is not just a building; it is a dynamic and integral part of the community, reflecting the blend of modernity and natural beauty that characterizes San Jose.
