As a lead designer, Fernando has been involved for most of the architectural mixed-use projects that have been completed by our firm. With his unique ability to design through electronic 3D medium, he is able to quickly and accurately create the design direction for the projects from initial concept through design development. Versed in virtually every building type including retail, entertainment, multi-family residential, resort and hotel projects, high-rise buildings, master planning and large mixed-use projects, Fernando is a creative problem solver.
